之前使用eclipse构建基于maven的springmvc项目时，报告了上述错误

Spring包括：

通过百度和搜索发现，我在maven上依赖的spring版本和配置不一致。

我在中使用的是

<;4.0.9.RELEASE</;

使用的是 4.0 版本的，但是上面是3.1版本的

把上面截图中的spring配置改为4.0 ，同时做一次clean操作，问题解决
