the typhoon is expected to make land fall along the Guangdong coast between Shanwei and Zhuhai tomorrow，meteorologist s said。

the observatory has so far this year issued yellow alerts six times and an orange alert once。

深圳市气象台介绍说，“千鸽”(热带风暴级)8月21日14时中心位于深圳市东南1067公里的太平洋两侧，中心附近最大风力级8级(20米/秒)。

预计其将以15~20公里的时速向西偏北方向移动，8月23日早晨到上午以热带风暴或强热带风暴级别在汕尾到珠海之间沿海登陆。目前，台风白色预警信号生效中。

受“天鸽”外围下沉气流影响，8月21日，深圳高温天气加剧，全市有91个站最高气温在37℃以上，最高气温39.5℃（罗湖草埔站）。高温橙色预警信号正在生效中。8月22日，深圳酷热天气将持续，有轻微霾，同时可能出现局地强雷雨。

8月23-24日，深圳市有一次明显的风雨过程。主要风雨时段为8月23日凌晨至夜间，雨量为暴雨量级；沿海和高地最大阵风8-9级。

深圳市气象台提醒，“天鸽”将带来明显风雨，海上作业人员和船只需密切关注，注意避风；市民注意减少户外活动，安置好阳台物品。（人民网-深圳频道）
